Cleaning & Recycling Program

You can often gain significant savings with cleaning programs, compared to new filters. Send us a dirty sample, we will test clean, and advise you on the performance and cost effectiveness of cleaning or replacing. Unusable filters are not charged in this process. Our filter bag recycling program includes many differences not found in other wash programs. 1.) Cleaned bags are individually inspected for holes, seam wear, proper size and condition. 2.) Cleaned bags are randomly checked for permeability (air flow) performance. A report is generated for each order. Bags not within guidelines will be sorted while triggering additional testing. 3.) Bags found to be unserviceable will be rejected. Our client is notified as to the number of rejected bags and given the option to dispose, return, or replace. 4.) Completed bags will be boxed with the following information on each box: Company Name and Address Size, quantity, baghousem manufacturer Purchgase order number Marked accordingly as "Clean," "New," or "Dated" **Reusable crates are available upon request, and our boxes are prefect to reuse for dirty bags. ***Designs of the filters are made and kept on file for future reference ****Snap band replacements. shortening, lengthening, and other modifications are available upon request

What Our Commitment Means

Dirty filters can generate hazardous dust issues for all parties and the environment. We commit to containing particulate from dirty filters by handling in closed/sealed crates, totes, or picked up by our contained truck. Most carriers have restrictions on shipping product that can produce hazardous dust. This same waste can create concerns when improperly laundered in facilities that clean human use products like clothing, linens, or food use filters. We are specically engineered to clean dust collector filters, and when needed we will clean food grade filters sperately in our facility. We also continualy monitor our waste water and sludge disposal in accordance with local, State, and Federal guidelines. This helps to create a safe facility for employees, while eliminating improper disposal and exposure of hazardus waste. We have an on-site water treatment facility to exceed regulations on the water that is reclamated. Lastly, we offer full transparency on our invoicing. Every invoice is line itemed for full disclosure, with honesty and integrity.
